Angelica’s experience includes working in private practice at another leading law firm in Botswana as a partner and in-house in the United Kingdom as Head of Legal at a large multinational organization. Angelica has acted as advisor for a wide variety of enterprises in different industry sectors, ranging from small businesses to multinationals and from family owned companies to financial institutions.

She advises on both national and cross border transactions. She has acted for institutions which include Access Bank (formerly Banc ABC), Standard Chartered Bank Limited, ABSA Bank of Botswana (formerly Barclay’s Bank of Botswana Limited), Liquid Intelligent Technologies, JP Morgan Chase & Co, Atlas Mara, the International Financial Corporation and Botswana Development Corporation Limited.
